A Long Road for Myself

To long has it been since I have wanted to write something.

I have been searching for a new career or at least a place that would be fun and challenging.
Looking through tons of on line job sites and receiving tons of job referrals, I was driving myself crazy. It is a long road to find a job which will: A - Be fun to work at. B - Pay you a good wage. C - Be a short commute.

Well I have found that place at least for now HAHAHA!

Just kidding. This place is nice and I have all the freedom I need to take care of business how I see fit. They have given me full responsibility as a manager to see to it that the newly expanding shipping and receiving dept. flows smoothly. I take on this task with pride because I know fully well if nothing is going out on time or properly then there is nothing coming in. You know Money!

They have had problems in the past and hired me to take over and see this through to get the machine rolling if you will. In one month I have already turned it around and they have seen a 78 percent increase for billing. I just could not understand what they were doing before and I did not ask. I just went to work.

So to make a long story short I have been working many hours and have left my blog all alone. I am finding more time now that things are on track and running 78% more smoothly. So look for a fun and updated blog in the next week. I will try to make it interesting, different and fun.

Until next time, have a great week all!

Breadcrumb Baked Mahi Mahi

It's been a bit since I have written, but I'm back to give another recipe to the world.

This one is for a fish meal that tastes very good. At least I think so. HAHAHA
First you need to like fish and all the tastes that surround it. Tender, chewy, delicate, spongy and so on. Well this recipe has a bit of an outside crispy crunch with an inside delicate flaking Mahi Mahi steak.

For those who do not know, Mahi Mahi is a Hawaiian word that means "strong-strong" for dolphin fish. Take a look at the images below.

These fish are very colorful and taste great. Always look for fresh Mahi steaks if available, but if you have to the frozen will be just fine. Just remember to thaw it out before use or you will have a fun time with your dish HAHAHA.

Ok, you will need to cut your steaks into 2in x 2in x 6in if possible and should look approximately like this

It is not necessary to cut them into this size however you will need to watch your baking time. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

Next you will need these ingredients as follows:
White bread crumbs
Sea salt
Garlic salt
Cheyenne pepper
2 eggs
Water or Milk

First crack the eggs into a mixing bowl and add a 1/4 cup of milk or water. I prefer the milk in mine but no biggie. Mix it up by hand with whisk or fork. Next prepare the crumb mix. Oh before I go on please use your best judgment as to how much of these you are making and be sure you have enough ingredients. I am no pro and make my dishes on my thoughts alone. Basically I think of it (I know it's been done before) then I go with whats in the cupboard.

Ok back to the mix. Place bread crumbs in a good sized bowl then add your sea salt, garlic salt and a small amount of cheyenne pepper. You can add as much as you want just do not over do it or you will have a salty mess. Mix it all together and your ready to start the assembly line. Place a piece of Mahi into the egg mix and cover thoroughly then place into bread mix and cover thoroughly again. For extra crispy place back into egg mix then back in bread mix to give and extra layer of crunch.

Place finished Mahi on baking pan lined with non-stick foil. The non-stick foil works great so there is no sticking of the crispy outer layer. Then place in the center of oven for approx 12-15 minutes. You do not want to over cook the fish or it will taste to firm, it needs to be very slightly pink inside. The fish starts out pink to begin with then turns white. Make whatever side dish you like. I made a small side salad that went great with the baked Mahi.

Here is a picture of my finished product

Well there it is and please enjoy if you should embark on this quest for your own Breaded Baked Mahi.

Bring Back American Manufacturing

Where is your shirt from?
How about your shoes?
Ooh, where did that American flag come from?

Today most products flow from the countries our great democracy despises.
The unhealthy sweatshops with nasty slave driving bosses. Ooh, but its getting better right. Well I for one do not believe so. Too many companies relay on that work from poor non educated people. The same poor people who look for something, anything that can pay them 15 cents a day so they can send money back to the family.

Well if those same poorly educated people come to America they can make 15 dollars or more a day. Because of our corporate leaders and politicians we Americans can look forward to working with or have our jobs taken from people who still do not understand the functionality of a toilet. This is the great American sweat shop for the English challenged.

For the last 20-30 years our government has been selling us out and ridding our country of manufacturing and instilling a service industry. Sure there are still some great jobs out there if you can find them. If you have been awake and watching the laws and regulations being passed you will notice that for some ungodly reason it is very hard for a small business to succeed. We have very strict laws regarding the export of our American goods while at the same time importing crap that sucks.

Most recently we have imported from china lead based toys, poisoned pet food, poisoned seafood and I'm quite sure arms and ammunitions continue to come that are loaded into those giant containers. Think I'm kidding? Do your own research to find the truth or keep your eyes adjusted to the same news on every sheeple channel.

Hey I just want more to wake up and ask honest questions to why things are the way they are. Or, if you like dig a hole and stick your head in. I for one would like to see whats coming and who trying to bite my ass. I may not be able to stop them but at least I know it's coming and have opportunities to change the situation.

Oh bless this great country of ours and lets try to keep the blood flowing. Lets unclog our arteries from immigration and infestation and start building what this country was designed to do. Set a standard for all to see so then they can change their own countries instead of corrupting ours. My ancestors came here in the early 1800's and became Americans. Those who arrived in the last 30 or so years could care less of this country. If they do, then show it or leave it. Stop telling of your country and how it is great, cause if that were the case why are you here.

If you intend on leaving your god forsaken third world rubble to become an American citizen, do not be a loafer free to expel your unintelligible english on us. For me it's speak english or leave. If for some unworldly reason I would go to another country, I would have the decency to learn the language of the country.

Well I could go on and you can disagree, but take a look at where your American flag was made and see if you really want to be here and make this a better country. Making and building is what we are about. Take that from us, we would truly be working in a sweat shop.

There is my rant and I would hope instead of immediately disagreeing with me you would do some research to see how much this country is changing. Then ask yourself if you want this change or will you help to make America better. Also, if you don't care then please by all means stick your head in the sand and get your ass chewed by someone or something you have no clue about. It's your choice!

Pat Tillman: Hero or Puppet

Many of you have heard the story of the Heroic NFL player who stopped all things fun to him to pursue a place on the battle field. This player looked past the millions of dollars to see a better place for those he loved and the country he would eventually die for.

Pat Tillman did what he felt was right!

He joined the military to capture and put out the criminal insurgents that wrecked havoc on September 11, 2001. He wanted to get his hands on anyone that could possibly do this kind of harm to innocent people going about their regular lives. What Pat found while serving is that this war was completely illegal.

By now most of you have created your own interpretations about what this war is about because we will not get the truth from the US government. Pat Tillman however saw what this war was about and died before he got the chance to tell the world. Pat was murdered flat out end of story. There are to many lies and cover ups from the military and the government that says so. They have tried to cover this up as friendly fire got him, but before that story they said it was a road side attack to gain public support to go into Fallujah. This would make a puppet out of a hero.

I don't know about you, but I smell rats in the house. Yes they have been there and they are growing bigger and bolder. Where are our American Exterminators to get rid of this infestation.

Pat Tillman died with three rounds from an M-15 to the head at close range. A road side attack could not be so precise and friendly fire so blatant. Pat was murdered to protect the lies of the government he was witnessing daily. How high up the chain this went is not known. These criminals protect themselves at every angle and to breach these angles will take some work. Luckily Pat has a great family and people who care greatly for him.
They will not stop until this is fully out in the open and those who are to blame are put behind bars. It's a long road and they have my support.

Here are some links to this story for you to research and learn about this terrible tragedy to a great American and a great person.

Final Moments

Killed for Political Views

Killed in Action (LIE)

After I have read many of these stories I find myself wondering where the NFL is in all this. As a great player, person and team mate to all in the NFL, how come they are not asking some very important questions. They used him for propaganda on the NFL Network, Sports Illustrated, ESPN and tons more to show that the NFL has great players with heart and love for this game and country. They should be asking, why was an honorable man killed or murdered with so many stories swirling around about it. Lets have the truth.

The National Football League is huge and very powerful. They put out the idea that if you want to be part of this league you must be exceptional on and off the field.
Pat Tillman was that and more. Why does the NFL not help to get to the truth. This would surely help them get back into the publics eye especially with the tattered dispositions of Pac Man Jones, Michael Vick, Tank Johnson and most of the Cincinnati Bengals.

Mr. Goodell, I know most people do not care and still spend hundreds and thousands of dollars to see criminals on the field that have talent. I just ask that you take time from having to hand out disciplinary policies to the weak minded that think it is all about them and turn your attention (when you get the chance) to help someone that represented the NFL and the American people proudly and professionally.

Pat Tillman deserves to be heard, deceased or not.

Music, An Emotion to Learn or Listen

Music has way about it that fits into all our lives.

From thousands of years ago to now, people respond to the sounds that make them feel good, angry, happy, sad and just about every emotion you can think of.

I for one thank those who started creating music fit for Rock and Roll, Classical, Jazz, Blue Grass, Country, Big Bands and Imaginative Symphonies.

The existence of roaming around this planet without music would truly drive me crazy. How would you deal with it. Think about that for second or two. No music to make you feel any emotions, just the sounds of everyday noises like cars, planes, tools, talking , crying, laughing etc.

Well, thank the heavens for allowing us the ability to be creative and responsive to the past and present sounds that drive us in our modern day lives. I must also give credit where it is due. Those who have been creative enough to design and build drums, guitars, harps and horns, flutes and kazoos, spoons and jugs, speakers and the amps to push them. Oh Thank for the decibels !!

The present day music industry is now a billion or trillion dollar establishment, bringing us some of the most talented and odd sounds from all over the world. Now, as we all know some of this shouldn't even be available to the public. It is just awful how some people believe what they are doing is actually called music, but they do have a right to be creative just like the rest of us. I say just keep it in the studio or under wraps until it's a bit more refined.

So, if you are like me and would like to be more familiar with learning , watching and listening some of your favorite bands and music personalities, then I have some web sites for you to visit.

Hot Chicken Delight, Or?

Hello All,

Today I have for you a recipe for those who wish to give it a whirl.

I made this all on my own (that's right no help from the outside), so if someone out there already did this I must say try mine and let me know if it could use something, because I must say I liked the flavors.

Now First you must put on the music of your choice to get you in the mood (if you like). It is a very easy recipe to do. It takes no time at all and after prep you can run some errands if necessary. Have fun!

Here are the essentials:

A Good sized crock pot
4 Large Potatoes (or 6 scrawny ones)
2-3 Large Chicken Breasts (no bones)
1 Large Onion
2 Good sized JalapeƱos(or less for the squeamish)
1 tbsp Salt
1 tsp of Ground Pepper
1 tsp of Sugar
1 Cup of Water

Ok, now clean and peel the potatoes then chop them into about 1-in squares.
Throw them into the crock.
Mix the sugar in the water then pour over the potatoes.
Sprinkle the pepper over the potatoes.
Next clean your chicken. You know, wash off the packing to the store trail it comes with.
When breasts are clean keep them whole or cut them into chicken tender pieces and lay them over the potatoes.
Now dice up the onion and the jalapeƱos. If you like you can leave the little seeds in from the peppers.
Put diced onion and peppers in a bowl and mix with the salt.
Now lay the mix over the chicken.
Put the lid on and turn your crock pot to the low position for 4-5 hours.
(All crocks are different. Be sure your chicken is cooked before serving.)
When finished you can either take out the chicken breast whole or mix your chicken tenders all together before serving to make a soup style dinner. If you do not mix it all together you will get to taste the chicken separately from the potatoes which is really good.
Add more salt or pepper if you prefer when it is complete.

For side dishes I had mixed vegetables and warm rolls.

Well there it is, another Something About Everything blog.
I really hope some of you try this and I really hope you like it.
I know my family did.

Let me know and don't worry, I won't take criticism personally.
We all like different things, which makes us all unique.

A fun story will be next. Bye all!
