By spaying or neutering a dog or cat after 4 to 6 months automatically stops the family line.
Now myself, a responsible pet owner, along with lots of you out there love animals and are happy to see puppies and kittens. Granted not everyone is in to having them but it sure is a treasure to see.

I myself was in parent mode when my dog Caz had her first and (only litter). There were 9 puppies from that litter and what a shock it was for me. They were so beautiful and cute and I knew at that moment that I had to prepare the battle stations. Soon these guys and girls will be running a muck around my home.

The best spot for me was in the dinning room were I could corral them on a floor that was easily maintainable from their destruction and poopie messes. HAHAHA.

So that is what I did, I built a corral for them just high enough so they could not get out and just low enough so mommy could get in and out when she was in much needed rest from her babies.

Taking care of these little guys made me very happy. Pet owners if your up to it, should experience it if you have the time and the means.

Now all of this has lead me to this.

When I first heard of this law being passed in California I was kinda shocked that we the people did not think of this for our leaders, politicians and non responsible pet owners who do not care for animals. I say lets spay and neuter them if we don't like them running a muck in our cities, states or country. Maybe we can save ourselves from their children taking over were they left off. They would a least have a chance to fix the situations in which we live while the animals cannot fend for themselves or make laws to see us understand.

So thank you Laddie and lovers of animals rights for making California safe for now!
